01 / PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy.
Controller and contact
The controller of personal data in connection with www.engelbrecht.pl is Engelbrecht Foundation sp. z o.o., Dzierżenin 34E, 06-114 Dzierżenin, Poland, KRS 0001085599. For privacy enquiries and requests to exercise your rights, email [email protected] or write to our registered address.
Data, purposes and legal bases
- Website operation and security: IP address, connection time, requested page, browser and error information. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website and preventing misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Correspondence: email address, name and information voluntarily included in your message. We respond and maintain contact based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you request steps before entering into a contract, or processing is necessary to perform one, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Records required by law are retained under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Analytics: with consent, Google Analytics may process cookie identifiers, device information, pages visited and website events. This is used to analyse traffic and improve the website. The basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not start analytics without it.
- Cookie and language choices: remembering your settings and displaying your chosen language. Where personal data are involved, the basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website presents an AI assistant project under development. It currently offers no user accounts, contact form, shop or facility to upload company data to AI. We do not send messages to AI models as a function of this website. We do not make automated decisions about visitors producing legal or similarly significant effects, including through profiling.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised people and hosting, email, maintenance and infrastructure security providers may access data as needed to provide their services. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website. With analytics consent, Google also receives data. Data may be disclosed to authorities entitled under law and advisers where necessary to protect or pursue legal claims.
The global infrastructure of Cloudflare and, with consent, Google may involve processing outside the EEA, including in the United States. Providers use mechanisms under Chapter V GDPR: adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient’s certification covers the transfer, or standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. You may also contact us for information or a copy of the applicable safeguards.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address the enquiry and subsequently only to the extent and for the period required by law or justified by establishing, exercising or defending claims, taking applicable limitation periods into account. Technical logs are retained for a period justified by diagnostics and security; incident data may be kept until the investigation or proceedings end. Analytics data are processed until consent is withdrawn or earlier deletion under the service’s retention settings. Cookie lifetimes below are distinct from data retention by the service provider.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access and a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability where processing is automated and based on consent or contract. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Disabling analytics stops it from starting again in this browser; you can email us to request erasure of data already collected. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office; see uodo.gov.pl.
Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details. Analytics consent is voluntary and is not a condition of using the website.
